Our hampers are individually curated and hand-packed after your order is placed.

We strive to display colors and product images as accurately as possible; however, actual colors may vary depending on your device or monitor.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.

  • Cancel orders placed at incorrect prices

Payments are processed securely via PayPal or other authorized payment gateways. We do not store complete credit card details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for delays once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier.

Because our hampers are individually hand-packed to order, and due to the cost and logistics of international shipping:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind
  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery
  • Evidence (unboxing video and photos) is required for claims
  • In most cases, we do not require the damaged item to be returned to us — we will issue a replacement or full refund once your claim is approved

Nothing in this section excludes your rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including Australian Consumer Law.
