Is this a replacement for the Holy Bible? No. The Faithora Faith Hamper is a devotional companion designed to make scripture more visual, accessible, and easy to engage with daily — it is not a replacement for the Holy Bible. We encourage everyone to continue reading their full Bible alongside our guides.
What Bible translation do you use? All scripture in our guides, cards, and reading plan is from the King James Version (KJV), chosen for its timeless, enduring language.

Shipping
How long does delivery take? Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within a week across Australia via DHL Express, with full tracking provided.
Is shipping really free? Yes. Free DHL Express shipping is included on every order — there are no hidden shipping fees at checkout.
Do I have to pay customs or import duties? Printed books and paper goods generally carry no import duty into Australia. Any applicable customs charges (rare for this type of order) would be the responsibility of the customer.
Will I get a tracking number? Yes, you'll receive a DHL tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept? We accept PayPal, as well as major debit and credit cards processed securely through PayPal's checkout.
Is my payment information secure? Yes. We do not store any payment details — all transactions are processed securely through PayPal.
Returns & Damages
Can I return my order if I change my mind? Because each hamper is individually hand-packed and shipped internationally, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
What if my hamper arrives damaged? Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@faithorapress.com with an unboxing video and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no need to send anything back to us.
Can I cancel my order after placing it? Cancellations are only possible before your order has been packed and dispatched (within our 1–2 business day processing window). Contact us immediately at support@faithorapress.com if you need to make a change.
